River Birch Apartment Homes

River Birch Apartment Homes is in Grand Rapids, Michigan and developed by BDR Custom Homes. In this branding and signage project the client asked for a design that appeals to their millennial clientele. The river birch tree leaf motif was used to encapsulate a connection to the land the development is sitting on, and an emphasis on the serenity that this nature brings. A clean and contemporary typeface was employed to appeal to the millennial clientele the client is after.
